Terms and Conditions of Use
Effective Date: October 7, 2026
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Learn Do Grow website, publications, courses, products, resources, and related services.
Learn Do Grow (“Learn Do Grow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides educational content, self-guiduided learning materials, articles, courses, digital resources, and other educational and informational products and services.
By accessing or using this website, creating an account, purchasing a product or course, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or its services.
1. Eligibility and Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the website or its services in any manner that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of another person or organization, interferes with the operation or security of the website, attempts to gain unauthorized access to the website or another user's account, or involves unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of Learn Do Grow content.
2. Educational and Informational Purpose
Learn Do Grow provides educational and informational content intended to support learning, reflection, personal development, and general understanding of topics related to psychology, education, behavior, relationships, work, wellbeing, and related areas.
Content available through Learn Do Grow may include articles, courses, exercises, questionnaires, educational assessments, self-guided activities, videos, publications, downloadable materials, and other resources.
These materials are provided for general educational purposes and are not intended to address every individual's circumstances or needs.
3. Professional Services Disclaimer
Learn Do Grow does not provide individualized psychological treatment, psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or other individualized professional services through the general use of this website.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a substitute for professional evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, or advice when such services are appropriate.
Use of Learn Do Grow, including reading articles, completing courses or exercises, using questionnaires or educational tools, contacting the publication, or purchasing a product, does not by itself establish a psychologist-client, therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship with Learn Do Grow, its publisher, editors, authors, contributors, or affiliated professionals.
Professional credentials held by individual authors or contributors do not convert general educational content into individualized professional services.
If you have concerns regarding your physical health, mental health, safety, or another matter requiring professional assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Learn Do Grow is not an emergency or crisis service. Anyone experiencing an emergency should contact appropriate emergency or crisis services in their location.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Educational, personal-development, and self-help materials may affect individuals differently.
Learn Do Grow does not guarantee that use of any article, course, exercise, strategy, product, assessment, or other resource will produce a particular educational, psychological, professional, personal, health, financial, or other outcome.
Examples, case illustrations, testimonials, descriptions of research findings, or discussions of potential benefits should not be interpreted as guarantees of individual results.
Users remain responsible for deciding whether particular information, exercises, products, or services are appropriate for their circumstances.
5. Accuracy and Limitations of Information
Learn Do Grow makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information. However, knowledge, research, technology, professional standards, websites, laws, products, and services may change over time.
We do not warrant that all information on the website will always be complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every situation.
Content may be revised, corrected, expanded, or removed at any time.
Publication of information on Learn Do Grow does not create an obligation to update previously published material whenever new research, professional guidance, technology, or other information becomes available.
6. Sponsored Content, Advertising, and Commercial Relationships
Learn Do Grow may publish or display sponsored articles, commissioned content, advertisements, paid partnerships, product reviews, affiliate links, brand collaborations, or other commercially supported material.
When Learn Do Grow, an author, or a contributor receives payment, complimentary access, products, services, discounts, commissions, or another material benefit related to particular content, the relationship will be disclosed where appropriate.
Sponsored or commercially supported content will be identified in a manner intended to distinguish it from ordinary independent editorial content.
The existence of a commercial relationship does not automatically mean that Learn Do Grow, its publisher, editors, authors, or contributors endorse every statement, product, service, organization, or claim associated with the sponsor.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, sponsors and advertisers do not control Learn Do Grow's general editorial policies.
Learn Do Grow reserves editorial discretion regarding whether material is accepted for publication and may edit, decline, correct, update, or remove sponsored or contributed material when appropriate.
Sponsors may be permitted to review sponsored material for factual accuracy or provide approval when such review has been agreed upon as part of a particular collaboration. Such review does not transfer general editorial control of Learn Do Grow to the sponsor.
7. Reviews and Endorsements
Any review, recommendation, opinion, or endorsement published by Learn Do Grow reflects the views represented in that particular content at the time of publication.
Where a material relationship exists between Learn Do Grow or an author and a company, product, or service discussed in the content, that relationship will be disclosed as appropriate.
Complimentary access to a service, receipt of a review copy, free products, discounts, affiliate compensation, sponsorship payments, or similar benefits may constitute a material relationship and may therefore be disclosed.
Learn Do Grow does not guarantee that products or services reviewed or discussed will remain available, maintain the same features, pricing, ownership, policies, or quality after publication.
8. Affiliate Links
Some content may contain affiliate links.
If a user makes a purchase or completes another qualifying action through an affiliate link, Learn Do Grow may receive compensation without necessarily increasing the price paid by the user.
The presence of an affiliate relationship does not alter a user's obligation to independently determine whether a product or service is appropriate for them.
Where required or appropriate, affiliate relationships will also be disclosed in connection with the relevant content.
9. Third-Party Websites, Products, and Services
Learn Do Grow may reference or link to websites, applications, publications, organizations, products, services, videos, research, or other resources operated or produced by third parties.
A reference or link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Learn Do Grow does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, security, privacy practices, terms, products, services, representations, or business practices.
Third-party websites may change, relocate, discontinue content, alter their policies, or cease operating after Learn Do Grow content is published.
Users who interact with third-party services are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms, privacy policies, purchasing conditions, and other policies of those third parties.
10. Purchases
Product and service descriptions, prices, access periods, and other applicable purchasing information will be displayed on the website or during checkout.
Before completing a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable product description and purchasing information.
By completing checkout and submitting payment, you authorize the applicable charge and enter into a binding agreement to purchase the selected product or service subject to these Terms and any additional conditions displayed at checkout.
Prices may be changed at any time before purchase.
Learn Do Grow may correct typographical, technical, pricing, or listing errors. If a material pricing error affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact the purchaser, cancel the transaction, and refund amounts paid where appropriate.
Applicable taxes and transaction charges may be added when required.
11. Digital Products and Courses
Digital products, online courses, and similar electronic materials are licensed for the purchaser's personal use unless another license is expressly provided.
Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product listing, access to a purchased online course is provided for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Failure to access or complete a course during the stated access period does not entitle the purchaser to an extension or refund, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to by Learn Do Grow.
Course availability, presentation, lessons, supporting materials, or technical features may be updated during the access period, provided that Learn Do Grow does not intentionally deprive purchasers of the fundamental product they purchased.
12. Refunds for Digital Products and Courses
Because digital courses and downloadable products may provide immediate access to educational content, purchases of digital products and online courses are generally nonrefundable once access has been provided, except where:
-
a refund is required by applicable law;
-
Learn Do Grow is unable to provide the purchased product or access;
-
a duplicate or erroneous charge has occurred; or
-
Learn Do Grow determines that a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.
Any refund authorized outside these circumstances is discretionary and does not create an obligation to provide similar refunds in the future.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
13. Physical Products
If Learn Do Grow offers physical books, print materials, or other physical products, shipping, return, exchange, or refund conditions applicable to those products may be provided in the product listing or during checkout.
Physical-product policies may differ from policies governing digital products.
If a product-specific policy conflicts with these Terms, the more specific policy will govern the transaction unless prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that consumers are entitled to under applicable law.
14. Recurring Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Unless expressly stated during checkout, purchases made through Learn Do Grow are not automatically recurring subscriptions.
If Learn Do Grow introduces a subscription or automatically renewing service, the renewal terms, price, billing frequency, cancellation procedures, and other material conditions will be presented to the customer before enrollment and will be governed by applicable law.
A user will not be enrolled in an automatically renewing paid service merely by purchasing a nonrecurring product or course.
15. User Accounts
Some services may require creation of a user account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information where account information is required and to notify Learn Do Grow if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared for the purpose of avoiding purchasing requirements, or used to provide unauthorized access to paid materials.
16. Suspension or Termination of Access
Learn Do Grow may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or access to services when reasonably necessary because of:
-
violation of these Terms;
-
fraudulent or unlawful activity;
-
unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale of content;
-
threats to website security or operation;
-
misuse of services;
-
nonpayment or reversed payment;
-
conduct that infringes the rights of Learn Do Grow or another person; or
-
other circumstances in which continued access would create a legal, security, operational, or substantial business concern.
Where reasonable, Learn Do Grow may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue before permanent termination.
Nothing in this section gives Learn Do Grow the right to deprive a purchaser of paid services in violation of applicable consumer-protection law.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise identified, the website and original materials published or distributed through Learn Do Grow—including text, articles, course materials, exercises, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, video, downloads, educational resources, design elements, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to Learn Do Grow and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Except where expressly permitted, purchasing or accessing Learn Do Grow content grants the user a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the material for its intended purpose.
You may not, without appropriate written authorization:
-
reproduce or republish substantial portions of protected content;
-
sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute the content;
-
upload paid content to file-sharing or public-access services;
-
share account credentials to provide others with unauthorized access;
-
remove copyright, attribution, trademark, or proprietary notices;
-
create unauthorized derivative commercial products from protected materials; or
-
represent Learn Do Grow content as your own work.
Ordinary quotation, citation, linking, criticism, commentary, educational use, and other uses permitted by applicable copyright law are not prohibited by this provision.
18. Contributor and Third-Party Content
Learn Do Grow may publish material created by guest authors, contributors, sponsors, or other third parties.
The views expressed by a contributor belong to that contributor unless Learn Do Grow expressly states otherwise.
Publication does not necessarily mean that Learn Do Grow agrees with every statement or conclusion expressed by the contributor.
Contributed content remains subject to any separate author, licensing, sponsorship, or publication agreement governing that material.
19. User Submissions and Communications
If you voluntarily submit feedback, comments, suggestions, testimonials, reviews, or other content intended for publication, you represent that you have the right to submit that material and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.
Submitting private correspondence, customer-service questions, or other communications to Learn Do Grow does not grant Learn Do Grow permission to publicly identify or publish private information contained in those communications unless permission is otherwise obtained or publication is permitted by law.
Learn Do Grow may moderate or remove public-facing user submissions that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, irrelevant, unsafe, or inconsistent with the purposes of the website.
20. Privacy
Use of Learn Do Grow is also subject to the website's Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, or otherwise processed in connection with the website.
Third-party services used by Learn Do Grow, including payment processors, hosting providers, advertising services, analytics services, embedded media providers, or other technology providers, may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
21. Communications and Marketing
Learn Do Grow may send transactional communications reasonably necessary to provide requested services, including purchase confirmations, account notices, course-access information, security notifications, and customer-service communications.
Promotional or marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and the choices available to the recipient.
Where an unsubscribe option is provided, recipients may use it to discontinue applicable promotional email communications.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications may not prevent receipt of transactional or service-related messages necessary to administer an account or purchase.
22. Availability and Changes to Services
Learn Do Grow may add, modify, discontinue, or reorganize website features, free content, publications, or services.
We may also temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical problems, updates, circumstances beyond our control, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Where a user has purchased access to a particular paid product or service, Learn Do Grow will make reasonable efforts to provide the purchased service or an appropriate remedy if the purchased service becomes unavailable.
23. Website Availability and Technical Issues
Learn Do Grow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
Internet outages, hosting issues, browser incompatibility, device limitations, maintenance, software errors, third-party failures, security incidents, and other technical conditions may occasionally affect availability.
Users are responsible for maintaining equipment, software, internet access, and other technology needed to use online services.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
LEARN DO GROW MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY ACCURATE, SUITABLE FOR EVERY USER, OR CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A PARTICULAR RESULT.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARN DO GROW DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE APPLY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THIS SECTION DOES NOT DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Learn Do Grow and its owners, publishers, editors, contributors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the website, educational content, or services.
Learn Do Grow is not responsible for losses resulting solely from a user's reliance on general educational content in place of individualized professional advice when professional assistance would reasonably be appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
26. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn Do Grow and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, material violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or unauthorized distribution or misuse of Learn Do Grow content.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Learn Do Grow for Learn Do Grow's own unlawful conduct, negligence where such indemnification is prohibited, or other liability that cannot legally be shifted to the user.
27. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Concerns
Learn Do Grow respects the intellectual-property rights of others.
If you believe material published on the website infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right, you may contact Learn Do Grow using the contact information provided on the website and identify:
-
the work or right you believe has been infringed;
-
the material you believe is infringing;
-
sufficient information to locate the material;
-
your contact information; and
-
the basis for your claim.
Learn Do Grow may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate while a legitimate intellectual-property concern is reviewed.
28. Changes to These Terms
Learn Do Grow may revise these Terms as the website, products, services, or legal requirements change.
The current Effective Date will appear at the top of this page.
Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account notifications, email, or another reasonable method when appropriate.
Changes apply prospectively from the applicable effective date unless otherwise required by law.
Continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these Terms will not retroactively eliminate contractual rights already owed to a purchaser under a completed transaction.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable when possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect unless applicable law requires otherwise.
30. No Waiver
Failure by Learn Do Grow to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented in connection with a particular purchase, service, promotion, or program, constitute the applicable agreement between the user and Learn Do Grow concerning use of the website and those services.
Specific written agreements governing sponsorships, contributors, licensing, professional services, or other separate relationships may contain additional or different terms and will govern those relationships to the extent of any direct conflict.
32. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and disputes arising from use of the website or services will be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or use of Learn Do Grow may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Vermont.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted by agreement.
33. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms, purchases, account access, intellectual-property concerns, or other website matters may be submitted through the contact information or contact methods provided on Learn Do Grow.
