Dear Participant,

I'm Cody Thomas Rounds, a Clinical Psychologist, and it's my privilege to introduce you to the Burnout Recovery Module – your compass towards a renewed sense of self. As we grapple with the mounting pressure of modern life, the increasing incidence of burnout presents a pressing challenge. Now, more than ever, there's a need to create innovative and effective ways to foster well-being and resilience.

The Burnout Recovery Module is an online interactive self-help workbook, built upon my years of experience, designed to help individuals, communities, and organizations traverse these complex times. This resource goes beyond mere self-help, serving as a toolkit for transformation.
